In fact, we look to deliver a fast response on all jobs, whether they’re an emergency or not. However, there are times when our staff are fully booked, or an unexpected delay occurs. If we can’t be there in 30 minutes, we’ll aim for the fastest response time possible for same day service.
Yes, we do. You can contact us or book a service 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. We know that our services are essential and emergencies cannot wait. Mr Emergency takes no days off.
No, we do not charge extra fees for emergency callouts or after hours attendance. We’re proud to offer fixed price quotes that do not change depending on the time or the date. This ensures that all customers can enjoy the same high standard of service.
To provide the most accurate quote possible, our plumber/electrician/technician will provide a quote once an initial on-site assessment has been completed. We do not provide quotes over the phone or on social media we do not have any technicians in the office.
Yes, we’re pleased to provide a 12 month workmanship guarantee on our services. This means you can contact us again if anything fails within a 12 month period for a follow-up service or repairs at no additional cost - although some circumstances are an exception.
