How can I book with Mr Emergency?
There are two ways to book a service with Mr Emergency. You can either:

Can you really provide 30 minute attendance?
If you have a plumbing emergency or serious electrical fault, Mr Emergency will always aim to be on site within 30 minutes of your call*. In fact, we look to deliver a fast response on all jobs, whether they’re an emergency or not.
However, there are times when our staff are fully booked, or an unexpected delay occurs. If we can’t be there in 30 minutes, we’ll aim for the fastest response time possible for same day service.
Do you operate every day of the year?
Yes, we do. You can contact us or book a service 24/7, including weekends and public holidays. We know that our services are essential and emergencies cannot wait. Mr Emergency takes no days off.
Is there any additional charge for public holidays?
No, we do not charge extra fees for emergency callouts or after hours attendance. We’re proud to offer fixed price quotes that do not change depending on the time or the date. This ensures that all customers can enjoy the same high standard of service.
What is your quoting process?
To provide the most accurate quote possible, our plumber/electrician/technician will provide a quote once an initial on-site assessment has been completed. We do not provide quotes over the phone or on social media we do not have any technicians in the office.
Do you offer a workmanship guarantee on your services?
Yes, we’re pleased to provide a 12 month workmanship guarantee on our services. This means you can contact us again if anything fails within a 12 month period for a follow-up service or repairs at no additional cost - although some circumstances are an exception.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque and card payments, including VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We also work with Buy Now, Pay Later providers Humm and Zip to offer convenient interest free** payment plans. Approval can often be granted within minutes.
